Welcome to Mailsink! By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mailsink provides email integration services that automatically save and organize incoming emails into Notion databases and Airtable bases ("Service"). We may improve or modify the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You will:

  • Use the Service only for legitimate email organization and integration purposes.
  • Not send, process, or store unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, nor attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Ensure you have proper authorization to integrate your email accounts with Notion/Airtable.
  • Abide by all applicable laws and third-party terms of service (including Notion and Airtable's terms).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Fees & Payment

Mailsink operates on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers; a free tier with limited functionality may be offered at our discretion. Subscription plans, features, and payment terms are shown in the dashboard or pricing pages. Prices are exclusive of taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax), which will be added where required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are provided only as required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Service, software, and documentation. You retain all rights to your email data and content; you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service and deliver it to your configured Notion/Airtable destinations.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliable email delivery and integration, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of important email data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid to Mailsink in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access with reasonable notice if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine having jurisdiction over the matter.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service 30 days after we post or notify you of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
